Officials of RSF met with Mr.Huang Qi
(April 23, 2006)Headed by Mr. Robert Ménard, secretary general of the Reporters without Borders (RSF) for twenty years, a 4 person delegation has arrived at Chendu, Capital of Sichuan province of P.R.China on April 19, 2006.

They have held an open meeting at about 8:00pm that evening at Mingjian Hotel with Mr.Huang qi, whom has run the first Human Rights website, operated for near one year during end of last century. They discussed the issue of Chinese press freedom and openness, how to help the dissidents in Chinese CCP prisons, how to overcome internet blocks and surveillance in China, and the persecution from Chinese government to Mr. Huang qi and his family, ect.
Mr. Robert Ménard expressed their long lasting willingness and commitments to help Mr.Huang qi's effort to reopen Www.64tianwang.com, and support the human right defense movements in China.

Mr.Huang qi expressed his thanks for the help and aids from RSF, French TV Station and French people, during his 5 years in prison at this friendly meeting.
Mr. Robert Ménard, Mr. Patrick Poivre D'Arvor, a famous reporter of French TV station ,and Mr. Vincent Brossel, secretary of RSF Asia department, has went to the Sichuan Province First Prison at northern part of Sichuan in November 23,2003, after received the news that Mr.Huang qi was jailed into an separate small cell by the Chinese Communist Party(CCP) government.
They have successfully crossed the 3 heavily secured doors of that prison, carrying with them so-called " criminal tools" of video cameras ,but finally been stopped by Security Police department forcefully just at few hundred meters distance away from Mr.Huang qi's small cell room. They failed to meet with Mr.Huang qi at that time.
After they return French, media at French released news about the persecution on Huang qi, included the special interview with Ms. Zhenli, wife of Mr. .Huang qi, and their son Huang Weixian. These reports, together with the follow-up news coverage on Mr.Huang qi's case on newspapers, TV ,radio and news websites all over the world have given Chinese CCP government tremendous pressure, make them reduced their persecution intensity. Within that 2 square meter cell Mr.Huang qi was jailed, the prison authority treat him with their so-called "hungry therapy" , by only supply 18 meal with only rice and reserved vegetable every week.
With the support from international society, Mr. Huang qi step out that cell brave and proudly ,denied the all the request of repent declaration by CCP government after continuously 110 days jail within that 2 square meter cell.
With his weight lost 10kg after those 110 days, He has started enjoy the best treatment for a prisoner in that prison: he has become the "police in prisoner uniform" .
Since then, Mr. Huang qi can seen any TV program available in China ,sleep at any time, and some of the relent policemen in that prison even supply him with edited news from BBC,VOA,French Radio, Radio Free Asia, China Broadcast Company(Taiwan) broadcast.
Mr. Huang qi was only assigned with some clean job symbolically, instead of those all day long hard labor at that prison workshops.
Mr.Huan qi has become a legend of that prison.
It was said that no record has shown any man can survive such a long time in that kinds of small cell jail in Chinese CCP prison without written the repent declaration.
An unanyoumious prison police told reporter that every prisoner have to either accept the request of written an repent declaration to CCP government, or be persecuted to be an madman.
Many prisoners, included the heavy sentenced prisoners, the death sentenced prisoners want to help Mr.Huang qi to do his assignment of this lightest labor punishment: the clean jobs.
Huangqi has become an hero in that prison .
In June 22,2004,RSF published the report "Internet under Surveillance ", and awarded its Cyberfreedom Prize to Mr. Huang QI in June 2004.
During this brotherhood meeting, Mr.Huang qi expressed his opinions to the concerned question of this French team:
1. We should work hard to encourage the international society give more concern about the dissidents in Chinese CCP prison, especially the financial aids to them and their family members.
2. To increase the strength and action against those immoral companies's cooperation on internet surveillance operation,such as the practice of Yahoo and Cissco in China.
3. To appeal international society concern more about the human rights and social justice situation in China, instead of their shortsighted economical benefit only.
4. To emphasize the roles of appeals from international society, especially for improve the treatment of those dissidents like him in Chinese CCP prison, and we hope them continuously play their roles in the future.
The French friends absolutely agree with Mr. Huang qi's view on those issues
Most of major activity of this meeting and talks held openly in the main hall of Ming Shan hotel, one of the famous hotel in Chengdu. There are some unidentified people appeared to be very interested with their meeting, but no interruption happens during this meeting.
French friends has expressed their congratulations in advance for the re-open of www.64tianwang.com, and discussed a wide variety issues connected with the new construction of www.64tianwang.com ,some constructive measurement has been given also. At the same time, they also expressed that they will do their best to raise money to help Mr.Huang qi's hospital treatment for injures at CCP prison.
Mr. Huang qi stress again at this moment, www.64tianwang.com held the same operation objective as it was closed at end of last century, concerning the Human Rights issues in China , human rights defense, and will not confront with Chinese CCP government.
The old CCP governments, under Mr.Jianzheming's leadership, see www.64tianwang.com as No.1 internet enemy is very shortsighted and unwise.
Chinese CCP officials should be prepared for their future, said Mr.Huan qi. The history during last seven years has proved that www.64tianwang.com is not any politic party's media on internet, and we just want to defend the human rights of all our fellow Chinese people.
One day in the future, if the CCP member's human rights had been violated, the appeals from website as
www.64tianwang.com should also be needed by them.
Mr. Huang qi expressed his sincerely thanks to French friends at the end of this meeting.
French friends has return their headquarter in Paris the next day, after return to Beijing on April 20, 2006.
