Most Challenging "Bridge" In the World

The bridge was washed away in a flood this summer, the report says villagers do not have money to build a new one, they have no choice, cable and a wheel became their only way to commute to outside world. This year, they will not be able to sell their fruits because they cannot deliver. Their situation will be worse next summer when the water level going up.
These villagers were relocated from higher mountains two years ago, each family has about 25,000 Yuan debt because of relocation. Now they are facing serious problem in the new location. People may wonder, where is the government?
