Hua was handcuffed throughout the whole seven hours and he was kicked and beaten constantly. According to Hua who spoke to Rev. Bob Fu after his release, the interrogators repeatedly slapped his face every time before he answered a question. Mr. Hua told Rev. Bob Fu, president of CAA, " though I was beaten by the interrogators repeatedly, I told them I love and pray for them instead of hating them. They told me I am a strange man."
