Lt General Than Shwe stepped up in 1992, his record is almost the same level as the former ruling generals :going full steam ahead with the tradition of Japanese fascism (Ne Win group were trained by the Japanese fascism during the World War II).

The military regime today is systematically applying intimidation,harassment,arrest, torture at interrogation centers, long prison sentences, harsh treatment in prison, and deprivation of economic and social opportunities in order to eliminate the democracy movement, particularly members of the National League for Democracy and their families.It is continuing its arbitrary arrests, summary executions, torture,systematic rapes, conscription for forced labor including porterage for the military, massive forced relocations, confiscation of land and property, destruction of crops and food stocks,extortion of money, and burning of villages, and other grave human rights violations especially in non-Burman ethnic areas. The civil war against all ethnic nationalities,especially towards Karen and Shan who have fought,never surrendered,for half century,is genocidical.The military regime used the Japanese (his teacher )fascist policy of "burn all,kill all,loot all",his systematic rape recalls people of so-called "Talaing history": the men of Mon villages were all killed, the new generations of Mon women and Burmese soldiers are called "Talaing".

His systematic rape reminds also the peoples of China,Korea and South East Asia of the "Comfort Women" of the Japanese facist army during the 2nd world war. Indigo comes from the indigo plant yet excels it in colour. People can see here how the pupil surpasses his teacher!

Every one knows: NLD led by Daw Aung San Suu Kyi won 80% of the parliamentary seats in the General Election of 1990. However, the military regime refused to hand over the power,he even arrested and surpressed the PMs and their party leaders and funtionaries.Seeing people of all nationalities lining the street to welcome Daw Aung San Suu Kyi,the military regime plotted on May 26-30,2003 the "Black Friday Assassination" ,which shocked both the nation and the world ,resulting set upon him the stronger condenmation and heavier sanctions of USA, EU, Japan and United Nations .

Some naive people even hope the U.S.A to invade Burma and "liberate" people of Burma after having conquered Irak,thinking that it is much much better than the case of Ne Win group who led the Japanese fascist army into Burma during the 2nd World War.

On the other hand, perhaps 2003 for Burma is a good year of transition, Things which have reached their extremes always turn into their opposites.

2003 gives people a stream of light,some pieces of hope:

-- the strongest and the most heroic anti-government force of today, KNU,has agreed to cease fire and held discussion with the milatary regime in Thailand and Rangoon.the anti-government armed forces of Kachin, Karenni, Shan, Mon, Wa, Pa-o etc. also ceased fire and negotiated peace with the military regime.The military regime also takes some actions to improve himself.

Facts show:

-- the military regime intends the world to forget his bloody "Black Friday Assassination" , forgets his fascist army,forgets his sanguinary rule,he shows himself as if he were a prodigal son who mends his way.

-- Looking forwards to his own interest and owing to international pressure as well,the ASEAN seems to start interfering his member's internal affairs: he wants to help the military regime out.

-- the nationalities'anti-government armed forces and the democratic force seem to forgive and forget,they both try their best to reach the national reconciliation.

Of course, all the nationalities of Burma who have been suffering somuch,must widely open their eyes to see:

1.the military regime is good at a silver tongue,he is adept at estrange and conspiracy, he is master of dragging one over to his side and fight the others,he has concentrated his forces to break up and fight down the BCP successfully.

We must sharpen our vigilance for his every trickish performance.

2. The military regime seized power in 1962,looted people's property and occupied people's enterprises by name of nationalisation and by mean of anulling 100 kyats in 1963-64. He survived the crises of economy and the nation-wide farmine by plotting an anti-Chinese riot in 1967 and again anti-muslim riot in 1991.Not long ago he plotted again the Muslim-Buddhist riot,recently he plays on the nation-wide military training, propagandizing to repel against any foreign invasion.

Therefore,we must be on the alert for his seeking scape-goats and plotting riots of religion, of race etc.

3.Burma has three fundamental forces:of military regime,of nationalities and of democracy. The tripartition is like a tripod and no one can destroy the others.

The military regime must surrender his chauvinism ,hegemonism and policy of national inequality .Otherwise the half-centurylong civil war will continue further and of no end.

2.the military government must surrender his one-party dictatorship and military dictatorship, he must hand over the people's power to the people as quick as possible.

Otherwise there will be no peace in Burma,no condition to build up the national economy, and people of all nationalities will suffer much more and have greater difficulty to earn a livelihood.

3.The Burmese army must surrender his traditional fascist mentality and behavior. Otherwise the nation-wide massacre ,the tragedy and miserable condition of all nationalities will repeat every day and last long.

Before the military rule (1950-62), Burma was the rice supply centre of the world,the richest country in South East Asia as well.Due to the policy of ruin and the half-century civil war of genocide,Burma falls into the ategory of the poorest and the most backwards countries,and the Burmese army becomes one of the most brutal and the wildest fascist armies.
