(Dec. 06, 2002) Based on the feedback from Internet, Miss. Liu Di - a 4th year student from Beijing Normal University was arrested from the university on Nov. 7th 2002, the day before 16th Pary Conference.
On Internet, Liu Di used pen name "Stainless Mouse" to publish many articles that are not very sensitive, her arrest makes many people nervous. A few readers have written to Boxun about their concerns. Most of the readers do not post sensitive contents at all, but they still worried a lot about visiting blocked sites like Boxun (peacehall.com).
Before Liu Di was arrested, she lived with her 80 year old grandmother. Her grandmother said that she did not receive a "summon", she was told that Liu Di was being investigated. (博讯boxun.com)
