Husband is arrested because he and his wife watched adult video at home
(Oct. 31, 2002) August 18th, YanAn City, Shann Xi, a couple wacthed adult vidoe at home. Police came into their home and arrested the husband.
Police confiscated the video player and TV, the husband - Mr. Zhang was released after paid 1000 RMB.
On Oct. 21st, Mr. Zhang was arrested again under the name "Obstructing Police's work". As Mr. Zhang fighted when four policemen came into his home. (博讯boxun.com)
This story has been discussed on China newspapers, most people think that police should not break into citizen's house. The citizen should have the right to watch adult contents at home.
