This happened in Elementary School of LongGao, Town Baijie, Nax, Sichuan Province. Liu Yungui, age 43, was promoted to be the chief teacher of Grade one class in last June. Soon after, he picked up a girl randomly during class hours. He put the girl on his legs and put his penis into the girl's clothes. He did this before all the students. As he has sexually transmitted disease, many of the students were affected.

   This sick behavior was found when at least six students went to see doctor for the same disease.

   A number of boys were abused too.

   Liu was arrested on June 19. This case was read by Premier Zhu in Internal Report, and he instructed to punish Liu hard.

   On August 1st, Liu was sentenced to death. Nine abused students filed a law suit againt the school for a compensation of 100,000 RMB (each).
