紧急呼吁：博讯文坛应进入RSF的Blog评选

博讯文坛专栏作者和管理员，以及博讯读者，记者无疆界开始评选最佳言论自由的Blog，博讯文坛已经4年了，其中汇集了很多著名作者、作家的文集。经与RSF的Blog定义对照，博讯文坛确实属于Blog，只是我们使用了自己的程序。
以下是标准： (博讯 boxun.com)
- The blog must be kept by an Internet user or a small group of Internet users. It must not belong to a governmental or non-governmental organisation.
（博讯文坛是专栏管理员自己掌握发表的，不属于政府或非政府组织）
- It must have existed for more than six months and must be updated regularly.
（博讯文坛已经数年）
- It must use a specialised publishing tool such as typepad, blogger, blogspirit or an equivalent. Sites that do not use a standard online publishing tool but function in an identical manner to a weblog will be considered on a case by case basis.
（有发表工具，博讯文坛每个专栏自己可以登录）
- The blogs of professional journalists will be accepted.
（职业记者的blog可以接受）
- All blogs will be considered, whatever their language.
（不分语言）
